Movies that I will be Watching Soon

I haven’t been to a movie house since Hunger Games. That was a month ago and I’m so looking forward to going again because these movies are just something I SHOULD watch!

Avengers Movie Poster

The Avengers movie is what Hubby is looking forward for months now! So this is number 1 on our list to watch this month.

movie2 - big miracle

The Big Miracle opens May 2, 2012. Inspired by the true story that captured the hearts of people across the world, the rescue adventure Big Miracle tells the amazing tale of a small town news reporter (John Krasinski) and an animal-loving volunteer (Drew Barrymore) who are joined by rival world superpowers to save a family of majestic gray whales trapped by rapidly forming ice in the Arctic Circle.

Movies Showing Philippines - americanpie

American Pie: Reunion opens May 2, 2012. In the comedy American Reunion, all the American Pie characters we met a little more than a decade ago return to East Great Falls for their high-school reunion.

How I wish I can avail discount movies though because prices for every movie is on a bit of a high side these days. Plus of course before you watch a movie, my Hubby and I would usually eat dinner first. I also make sure that we buy popcorn and drinks! So yeah, watching a movie these days is expensive. I bet getting coupons or vouchers would be the best way to save.

Another option that I’m thinking is buying original movies at MovieMars.com. Since the girls are a bit big now, they truly appreciate watching movies at home on Saturday nights. We’ll see what I can get from MovieMars.com.

In Loved with the Movie Tangled

Oh, I’m still in cloud 9 after watching Tangled yesterday with Hubby and the little girls. I loved the movie to bits! The little girls were very excited too. My eldest watched until the movie ended while the youngest slept in the middle of the movie. She liked it yes but it was time for her nap so she couldn’t helped it. Here are my favorite scenes of the movie…

tangled1

I loved the part when Rapunzel and Flynn went into this restaurant and they sang a song about their dreams. It was so funny and heart melting too!

tangled2

Everyone’s favorite! Even my girls loved this scene when finally Rapunzel is living her dream. She is finally seeing those lanterns in the sky.

tangled3

My most favorite – Flynn/Eugene and Rapuzel at the boat. I loved how Disney made the scene not so cheesy yet very touching.

Disney really did a great job in this one. We already know the whole story of Rapunzel but they made a twist out of the boring story! Love, love, love it!

She’s Back!

Sarah Jessica Parker as Carrie Bradshaw, that is!

carrie

She’s my favorite ever since I started watching Sex and the city TV series. I loved the first movie but just saw it through DVD so hopefully I won’t miss this second movie.

Four lifelong female friends travel to Abu Dhabi to get away from their problems in the big city. There, in the decadence of the desert, one of them finds an old lover that makes her reconsider the choices she’s made in her life.

Main Cast: Cynthia Nixon, Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis, Sarah Jessica Parker.

I definitely can’t wait for this!
