Time to Take Care of my Face.

Well, not me particularly but my Derma will have to take care of my face soon. Since it’s going to be busy in the next few weeks, I will set a date to have a blackheads removal on my face. My budget is set for other stuff but I have to prioritize this since I haven’t had this process for months now. Or maybe even years? I can’t even remember when was the last time I went to my Derma. My Bad! So now, I will have to make sure that I make an appointment for this and prioritize myself for a change.

Christmas List

Would you believe that I started my Christmas list as soon the year 2010 started? Yes a month after Christmas, I’m already making a Christmas list! I’m that excited. I love to shop for gifts and I don’t want to cram come Christmas time. So what I do is I purchase gifts when an opportunity comes. When I see something that my Mom or Dad would like, I would buy it and give it as a Christmas gift. All year round I’m shopping for my loved ones so when the Christmas Rush arrives, all I have to worry are the Christmas cards that come with the gift. For the loved ones abroad, I would send them Christmas cards and photos too. With that, I don’t get to be stressed out with the Christmas rush and enjoy the holidays with my family.

Have you tried Colonix in Manila?

I’m not sure if this is the same procedure I’ve undergo a couple of years back. But Colonix are getting popular these days. When I read some colonix review online, it seems like a nice procedure for the body. I’m a health buff and I want my body cleaned regularly. What is colonix anyway? It is a natural colon cleanser that is one of the best known in the industry. I like detoxification and I wonder if there are already clinics that are doing this procedure in Manila? Here is what I’ve read from ColonixReview.net.

They claim that Colonix is the global leader in cleansing and detoxification and that it will give you the amazing results you are looking for without the issues you are not. It is completely natural and vegetarian, and they apparently hold a higher standard.

We objectively reviewed the ingredients and formulas, and we found that like users have claimed, Colonix does not provide the results that they claim or really any results at all. They do have all natural ingredients to be sure, and they even have some of the right colon cleansing ingredients. What they lack is the right amounts.

Sounds like very healthy to me. Any place you know in Manila that offers this services? Let me know!

The Best Way to Lose Weight

I’ve been looking for the best way to lose weight the past few days. You see, I’ve been eating non-stop especially when I’m at work. I thought that my eating habits would change when I’m in the office already but I was wrong. I’ve been eating more since I tend to get sleepy all the time. I would also end up drinking more coffee. I realized that it’s better when I worked at home because I didn’t have time to eat at all! I didn’t need phentermine juggling my time with the kids and work. I was on track and I always walked. I didn’t need the treadmill. Now, I guess I will have to since I just sit down all day – from 8AM to 5PM doing programming work.

So, what’s the best way to lose weight? That, I have yet to see!

Forget Sleep When Travelling.

This is the statement that I would always tell myself – I need sleep! Now that I work in an office, I don’t get the opportunity to take a nap after lunch. I even wonder if I should take sleeping pills over the weekend. Just to get that long sleep that I want and need! But Hubby won’t allow me so I will have to stick to the old routine before bedtime.

Anyway, when travelling I noticed that you will have to forget about sleeping right. With unexpected events and red-eye flights, you wouldn’t really get enough sleep. Not to mention the time zones and jet lags. I guess with that, you should prepare yourself for the sleepless nights. And make sure that you bring a lot of vitamins. And maybe eating right would be the only way in keeping yourself still healthy.

Drinking Sangobion – An Organic Iron.

When I saw this commercial about Mommies, being unattentive, pale, and un-energetic, it seems to me that I was looking at myself. You see, I’ve been really like ever since I gave birth. I can’t seem to find my “old self” anymore. So now I tried reading some multivitamins review and checked on some effective vitamins for me. I didn’t want to gain weight so I was hesitant on what to drink. After watching the Sangobion commercial, I was convinced that it was the vitamins for me. So I tried it. And I’ve never been this energetic ever since. I’m glad I found Sangobion, thanks to the commercial and some online resources. It feels good to be me again! (*grin*)

10 Important Things to Bring when you Travel.

I’ve been travelling ever since I was in fourth grade but I can say that I still haven’t mastered the things that I should bring when I travel. It is either I bring too much or I forgot to bring something. I still haven’t really thought of the most important things to bring especially now that I have kids in tow. So now, I can name a few in my mind that can help you add in your list. Note that this is assuming that you are not travelling with your kids.

1. Plane ticket, Important documents, Passport, IDs, etc. – if you are traveling abroad, this is probably the most important things that you need to bring and make sure that you place it somewhere in your purse where you have easy access.

2. Snacks – I love to eat and I get hungry anytime so I before I travel, I make sure that I bring a small amount of snacks that I can eat while waiting for my boarding or while I’m on the plane or bus. In short, snacks that I can eat while travelling.

3. Clothes, Sweater, lingerie, Bathing Suit, Socks, and Extra shoes – I usually bring 1 set of extra clothes just in case there will be change of plans.

4. Medicines and Vitamins – A must! Since there are places that don’t have drugstore. It’s best to bring paracetamol, medicines for headache, tummyache, and more

5. Sunblock and Mosquito repellant – I always make sure I got these if I plan to swim during the trip

6. Extra Luggage for shopping

7. Laptop for business trips

8. Sewing Kit – this I don’t get to bring but if you have a compact one, this is you can bring especially if you are going to attend a wedding or a big event.

9. Towel and Toiletries – This should be number 1. I never forget to pack these for my use during my trip!

10. Camera - something to capture your trip.

Lack of Sleep.

That’s Hubby and I! Our baby girl who is now 1 year and 5 months is still not sleeping through the night. That is why I’ve been looking for the top eye creams because I need to treat the dark circles under my eyes. She wakes up at 2 in the morning and would cry. What we would usually do is try to give her milk. But sometimes it just wouldn’t work.

The funny thing is that when we were traveling as a family, she slept through the night. I guess there were two things: either she really did sleep soundly or I did. HA! Our baby girl is getting bigger these days. I just hope that before she turns two, she would at least sleep through the night. With that, we can travel more with the kids and not get tired as much as we got tired when we were at Hongkong, Disneyland.

On Handling Credit Card.

I spoke to my friends a couple of days ago and realized that we all have credit card problems. There are just times when you want to shop all you want using your credit card that you don’t know when to stop. My take would be to give up some of the cards and leave only 1 or 2 credit cards to prevent living in debts. This is what I want to avoid that’s why everytime I shop, I make sure that I have money to pay for it.

Now, I’m thinking of giving up my one and only credit card. Should I? I’m thinking of its advantages like for emergency purposes so I don’t think I can. Will think about it again and see if I can live with the plastic.

Beauty is in the Eye of the Beholder.

That was what I heard last time. But the thing is you should also make an effort to be beautiful, right? Especially at my age (sorry, I’m not revealing it right now) I have to make an effort to make myself presentable. A beauty face cream, an eye cream, a moisturizer, and anti ageing are the things that I’m looking at these days. How I wish I could bring back the days when I used to be so young, fresh, and my skin, oh, it was smooth, acne-free, and really soft too! Can I bring back my old skin? I sure hope so!
