Shopping with my Favorite Aunt at High Street

A couple of months ago, when my favorite Aunt visited us, we brought her to High Street, simply because she loves shopping!

She enjoyed checking out the shops, buying shoes, dresses and tops. My brother and I enjoyed touring her too.

And look, I was able to get a top from MNG which was on SALE!

Woot! Woot! I was so happy! ♥

Loving Serendra after all These Years

I remember when Serendra first opened a couple of years ago. Hubby and I were so excited after reading blogs about the place. We immediately made a date to check it out. There were a few stores opened then but we made sure we tried Sonja’s Cupcakes. We were excited about the place and for more restaurants to open. And now that it’s fully opened, I still love it after all those years. I would say it is still a date place for couples, friends and families. And just like us, my kids definitely love this place too!

Serendra will always be part of our list in Metro Manila that we will always visit. And I hope this place will not fail us in giving us great food, nice ambiance and a place for the kids to roam around.

Greenbelt 5

One of my favorite malls in Manila is Greenbelt 5.

IMG_6331

Greenbelt is a shopping mall located at Ayala Center, Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. This mall is known for it’s designer stores and popular restaurants. Wwned by Ayala Malls, a real-estate subsidiary of Ayala Land and an affiliate of Ayala Corporation. It opened in the 1980s as one of Ayala Corporation’s flagship projects. AFter several years they renovated this compound and Greenbelt 5 is the most recent addition as of 2007.

The Venice Piazza Mall

Have you been to the latest dining “spot” or mall in Manila?

IMG_1485

Yes, that’s in Manila! It’s the Venice Piazza at McKinley Hills in Fort Bonifacio. It’s the newest mall although not all of the restaurants have fully opened yet. We went there to have dinner at My Thai Kitchen. The mall is not very big but the space around it is huge is very nice for picture taking.

Here are the restaurants which opened so far in the mall:

- Blackwood Bistro
- Carlo’s Pizza
- Figaro Coffee Company
- Harry’s Bar & Italian Restaurant
- KFC
- Kuse
- Little Asia
- My Thai Kitchen
- Sol Gelato
- Stackers Burger Cafe
- The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf
- The Old Vine Grille
- Tokyo Cafe

Most of the restaurants there look promising. I wish I can make a payday advance now and head there as soon as I can. Hubby and I love to explore new restaurants and this mall would top our list. If I can pull off that payday advance, I might be able to do a little shopping too. The procedure is pretty simple and it doesn’t require a lot of requirements. Looks like I’m good to go, actually. I’ll see what happens then I would definitely head to the Venice Piazza mall.
