What Does Your Christmas Say About You?

Oh, look check what I got!

Your Christmas is Modern

Your wish for the New Year is a more exciting romantic life.

For you, Christmas is a spiritual holiday. You can’t separate it from your beliefs.

You are patient when it comes to Christmas. You don’t celebrate too early, and you don’t like seeing holiday decorations in October.

You like Christmas traditions, but you’re not uptight about them. You do things your way.

You have some preferred ways of celebrating Christmas, but you’re open to compromise.

You love Christmas. You enjoy almost every aspect and tradition of the holidays.

You give a big during the holidays but nowhere near as much as you’d like to.

My Dad Turns 60 This Year

…but if you see my Dad personally, you won’t believe he’s already 60. He’s very young for his age with a happy disposition, you’d be surprised he doesn’t really look his age. Turning 60 this year is really special, that’s why, I made it a point to find great gifts for dads bday. He’s got everything already so I’m thinking of giving him a book from our favorite author – Ken Follet. I’m also thinking of giving him a nice wallet too. But I will have to see. He’s not really the type who changes his wallet every now and then, which is actually the case to all the guys. So will have to think of the 3rd option. I’m thinking of something groovy that he can use. Any suggestions?

Our Dinner at 7 Corners Buffet

I was looking forward to our 7 Corners buffet dinner because I knew that it’s going to be a night without distractions (from kids), it is a night to bond with my close friends, and I get to try the buffet that offers the best lobsters in town. I prepared my diet regimen days before by checking out adapexin reviews and see which one will work for me. I was able to find a natural pill, good thing!

Thanks to my friend Farrah, we were able to reserved for 7:30PM. I tried a lot of food at 7 Corners Buffet which include…

- Steamed Seafoods (shrimps and lobsters)
- Fresh Green Salad
- Soup
- Rib Eye Steak with Buttered Vegetables and Mashed Potatoes

- Tempura and California Maki
- Cheese, nuts, and grapes
- Cheesecake

I can’t believe I ate all these! I ended up soo full after the meal and happy for being able to bond with really good friends! It was so nice to see the girls. Hope to see you again really, really soon! (*wink*)

Checking Out Karaoke Machine when Traveling

Everytime Hubby and I are out, we always make sure we check out karaoke machines. My Hubby loooves to sing and one of the activities that I make sure we do is to do karaoke. We were supposed to schedule one last karaoke night before the year ends but we got so busy during the Holidays that we might re-schedule it for January. In this way we get to start the year with a BANG! Oh, I can’t wait!

Memories of Jakarta

I just saw a couple of our Jakarta photos (2009 trip) and I want to go back there again! Here are the highlights of that trip…

Invest in Gold Before our Big Travel

A few more days to go before the year ends and I’m thinking of making an investment. To buy gold bullion or not? I’m really not sure. I’ve been monitoring it for days and I’ve seen the statistics of gold, silver, and other precious metals. It seems like it is truly a good way to invest. The nice thing about US Gold Bureau is that they’ve been in the market for years now catering happy clients. The transaction with them would be a breeze. They can arrange a safety box for you or have your items shipped to your house. They also have a couple of good deals these days so I might as well check these deals and who knows I might find a deal that would fit into our budget.

Samsung’s December Sale!

I was supposed to be looking for cigars to give to my FIL for Christmas when I came across Samsung’s sale instead.

samsung price list

Phone promotion is from December 16 to 31, 2010 only and it’s good to know that all Units are Open Line. They guarantee that all units have 1-year warranty. Sale is only at selected SM malls which include the following:

- SM Bicutan
- SM Southmall
- SM Cubao
- SM Sucat
- SM Rosario
- SM Dasma and More

Check out the price list here.

Now, I’m thinking if I would still be able to find good quality cigars that would arrive in time for Christmas. My FIL loves to smoke cigars and I think he is already in the a stage of collecting. He would be happy to get great cigars this year. I will have to check more options at Famous-smoke.com and see from there.

Packing for our Next Trip

It’s another time of the year once again for packing stuff for the last trip of the year. Now, I’m packing my clothes, some baby clothes, toiletries, food, and more. It’s going to be “the travel of the year” since my whole family will be complete. Something that we’ve been planning for a year. I missed my family so much that’s why I’m so looking forward to this trip. Inspite of the busy schedules, I’m prioritizing this trip. I’m packing early and I’m scheduling rest in between Christmas parties just to prepare for this. We need a lot of energy to enjoy it. I hope that we get to rest more this week and would just take it easy to prepare for the BIG day! (*wink*)
